I thought I would post what I take daily along with my gym work out.
Every morning with my cup of coffee I take:
Armour: which is a thyroid medicine I will have to take for the rest of my life for Hypothyroidism. I use to take Synthroid which was not as strong.
Potassium
Fish Oil
Vitamin C
Hair, Skin, and Nails (which is a lot of vitamins in one pill)

Leg presses (did until couldn’t anymore)
5 minutes elliptical
Bench press (did until couldn’t anymore)
Pull downs (did until couldn’t anymore)
Rows (did until couldn’t anymore)
20 crunches
20 bicycle crunches
Held plank for 30 seconds
Held plank for 20 seconds
Held plank for 10 seconds
